Lori Henry is the Founder and Executive Director for Into The Clearing, Inc. She has over 25 years of experience working with women and children giving them tools and resources to bring strength and healing to their families.

Previously, she was instrumental with the start of a non-profit corporation, setting up policy and procedures for staff, organizing and coordinating volunteers, maintaining corporate bookkeeping and budgeting and administrating the oversight of the non-profit. She acted secretary on the board of directors. She was instrumental in building a preschool and has extensive experience with staff and operational management.
Lori has lead conferences locally and internationally to strengthen and encourage women in life situations. She has trained and traveled with teams for short-term mission trips including England, Costa Rica, Albania, Thailand, Peru, Belgium and Brazil. “Her ministry gifts shine brightest in times of deepest heartache and greatest joy. Lori has a unique way of being there for people when they need it most.”
Ann Marie Russell has been an integral part of working in an office environment for over 40 years. She has held positions as an Executive Secretary, Full Charge Bookkeeper, Human Resources Administrator, and Office Manager. All of her positions have given her an uncanny sense of people and helped her develop the ability to handle a variety of situations whether it’s someone in need of help or ministry or personnel needing conflict resolution or counsel. In addition to her office abilities she has planned and executed major events from start to finish. She has worked one on one with women locally and internationally traveling to Thailand and Albania. She has taken a proactive stand for women in a variety of ways, for instance marching in Washington in support of women’s rights.

Ann Marie is committed to her beliefs and calling and steadfastly encourages others to do the same. She currently resides with her husband of 30+ years in Boynton Beach, Florida and is a proud parent of 2 married children and has three amazing grandchildren.
Rebecca "Becky" Reed has worked most of her life in fundraising endeavors. The Arenac Area Disability Center (AADC) in Standish, Michigan gave her a start in this field. She helped to raise money to build and sustain a facility for the handicapped to work and be educated.
After moving to Sarasota, Florida she was instrumental in forming two chapters of the American Business Women’s Association (ABWA). She served various positions on the Board as well as serving two terms as President. She was awarded Woman of the Year and the Trail Blazer Award for her years of service. ABWA’s main focus is to award educational scholarships to women.
She served as Executive Director for the Palm Beach Plumbing, Heating and Cooling Association. There she handled financials, arranged venues for meetings, conducted Board Meetings, prepared agendas and minutes, developed and distributed monthly newsletters, coordinated and put on annual trade shows, and other various forms of fundraising. Becky has the gift of hospitality, organizing and planning and hosting events. She is an active and responsible woman who thinks outside of the box. She always looks at the positive in life.
Her career has included real estate, property management, being a business owner for 30+ years; all while devoting her time and talents to non-profit organizations, church and her family. She raised her children after being made a single Mother when her husband was killed in a car accident. In this season of her life she is a devoted grandmother and finds joy in spending time with her ten grandchildren.
Vivian Fallon is a native Floridian and has resided in Palm Beach County her entire life. She has a true desire to help others. Her passion for encouraging and serving others has been woven throughout her career and years of volunteering in church and community ministries.
Vivian began her career in retail over 30 years ago in a successful locally owned men’s specialty clothing boutique where she is still employed on a part time basis. During this time she earned her degree in marketing and learned many aspects of retail and personalized customer service. She went on to serve as a purchasing manager for a high-end home furnishing business for over 10 years.
Currently, a store manager for a local public safety uniform business, she enjoys utilizing her invaluable experience and command for retail management while specializing in the highest standards for customer service. Throughout the years her volunteer service has included teaching with The Light Club, an after-school program in the public school system and The Good News Club, a Christian program, reaching children in community housing projects. She has also worked in various women’s and children’s ministries at her local church. Today, through her love and concern for others, Vivian enjoys serving in leadership at her church and continues to encourage and mentor those around her.
Robert Henry is an entrepreneur and clinician and has been working in the field of physical therapy for 25 years. He has been a forerunner in many manual therapy techniques as well as setting the pace in out patient therapy clinics with in the geriatric specialty through out Florida.
Robert has consistently recognized industry issues and trends, continuously found solutions and has stayed ahead of medical trends and pioneering business practices still carried out by practitioners as standards in the field. He is well respected and knowledgeable in marketing and enjoys networking people and
businesses to build community.
